EY - Talent Shared Services Supervisor - Learning Deployment Specialist - Consulting Service Line (6-12 yrs)

Job Summary:

Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.

Learning VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. VTH works in a fully-integrated way with onshore Learning colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model and initiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by TSS managed services (CAT and DAT).

You will be part of a team of 3 and fully integrated team member in Nordic Consulting learning. We will have team meetings once a week to plan, prioritize and share information and tasks for the upcoming week(s).

The tasks below will also be supported by the learning consultant and learning leader in the team.

For me as a learning leader, it is important that we operate as ONE team and that the overall delivery is our common goal. We undertake tasks based on skill set, interests, and experience. And we do have a lot of FUN!

Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

Responsibilities:

Plan follow up and deploy learning activities for Consulting Nordics

- Build initial course schedule together with the learning leader on a Nordic level

- Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors

- Support the end to end process on SF managing

Monitoring of participant nominations

Management of learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions

Access reports on Learning course L1 - L3 evaluation feedback

Ensure CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable

- Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans, both virtual and physical delivery,

- Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects. Advise on best practice, for example interactivity during virtual classroom sessions.

- Conference and event management including venue booking and management

- Arranging training material

- Manage and maintain content relevancy for curriculum, program or course including joining instructions, learner, facilitator information

- Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators

Communications and networking

- First point of contact for queries from the practice in relation to the courses in scope, in addition to ongoing management of learning mailboxes

- Draft communication plans and support with the content and delivery of the communications

- Manage and maintain the Nordic Consulting Service Line SharePoint site.

- Participating in bi -weekly Nordic Learning calls (knowledge sharing cross service line meeting)

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and client group, to enable the successful deployment

- Ideas generation and rollout of networking elements within virtual learning programmes

Other

- Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function (e.g. milestone events)

- Facilitate learning (TBC)

- Realise operational excellence through maintaining thorough understanding of, and adherence to, the Regional Learning

Deployment Operating Model

Other Requirements:

- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the Nordic time zone

May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements or larger learning events over the weekends

- Some travel will be needed (by further agreement)

January is the time for our yearly learning conference with all 1200 consultants included over a weekend

August is the time for onboarding our new graduates. Approx. travel days will be 6-8 also with in Europe

- Proactive with an ability to work independently and think several steps ahead

- Problem solver with solutions mindset

- Strongly analytical /Super user in Excel and other MS Microsoft tools

- Structured with an ability of keeping track of details and coordinating multiple courses/projects at the same time

- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to flex your style, meaning work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels

- Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as 'one team'

Job Requirements: Education:

- Master's / Bachelor's degree in business or HR related discipline.

Experience:

- Experience of working in fast-paced environments with many stakeholders and ongoing projects

- Experience of working in Learning and development is desired

- Experience of working in international and diverse environments is desired

- Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience
