Education: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata/Chennai

Experience: 1 to 6 years (Designation will be decided on the basis of your experience and performance during the interview.)

Key Skills:

- Post qualification experience in Statutory Audit projects.

- Experience of any sector will do

- Candidate should be open for extensive traveling as it's a direct client interaction role.

Skills and attributes for success :

- Strong Knowledge or experience in the areas of financial statements.

- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards with recent changes that took place, the New Companies Act, Fraud Investigation, IFC, etc.

- Ability to read the company's performance through the window of its financial statements

- Strong business and commercial acumen to understand the drivers of the target company performance

- Ability to comprehend the past performance of the company and critically examine the projected performance

- Solution driven approach to engagements

- Strong analytical skills

- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

You will be working with the leading Transaction diligence service firm alongside experienced Transaction diligence professionals, where you will learn and develop the skills you need to perform due diligence across a range of situations and sectors.

As you progress your career with EY to become a Transaction diligence specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on more complex transactions, increasingly lead teams, develop sector expertise, begin to build a relationship with our clients and other members of the corporate finance community and take on broader roles within our business.
