EY - State HR & Operations Lead (3-12 yrs)
This is fixed term position with leading international consulting firm Ernst & Young.
HR Specialist will lead the team for following :
Scouting & identifying all personnel to be situated at the district level for the project:
- Support the National PMO to Develop the framework and strategic approach to identification & recruitment of the appropriate personnel to be stationed at the state & district level.
- Finalize the terms of reference for each position - TOR draft provided in annex
- Develop an advertisement plan
- Inform & co-ordinate interviews & recruitment
- Undertake field visits for 10 days in a month
Implement the HR policy appropriate for the project personnel that should include :
- Remuneration
- Other benefits as Provident fund, Leaves & Medical insurance
- Administration & deployment of staff
- Travel Policy for staff
Implement evaluation, career guidance and support mechanisms :
- Implement performance criteria for all the staff recruited
- Implement a performance evaluation procedures
- Implement staff support and career guidance mechanism.
Reports to : National Project Head
Qualification : Master Degree or Equivalent in HR
Experience : 4-10 years experience in development sector or public health will be an advantage
