EY - Senior Manager - Process Improvement (8-14 yrs)
B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
Minimum 8 years of relevant post MBA experience - Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution / Sales)
Experience in working on Process transformation, Business diagnostics, business case analysis
In-depth domain knowledge of Technology sector or retail sector
Knowledge of current technology landscape, trends and solutions
Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Process transformation, Business diagnostics, business case analysis and planning, performance management and budgeting, performance improvement of internal operations, Service sourcing, RfP process, Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup
Hands-on experience on any ERP suite like Oracle, SAP across modules SD, FICO, PS, MM
Exposure to implementation of RPA/OCR/BI/Consolidation tools
Experience with process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio, IBM Blueworks, Celonis etc.
