Senior Consultant - Release Management

Required:

- At least 7+ Years of as experience as a program Manager for large scale transformation programs

- Experience in Go-live and cut-over execution for large scale transformation programs

- Experience with Program wide integrated environment strategy and plan

- Experience with managing Post go-live support organization readiness

- Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team

- Ability to interact with a cross functional teams across geographies

- Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for meetings

- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

- Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Deliverables:

1. Cutover Strategy & Plan:

- A detailed plan documenting which systems will stay/go/deprecate

- When and how long legacy and new system will coexist

- what integration will be required between them

- what type of testing will be required for cutover

- How will it be executed

- Communication plan required to execute the above

2. Post Go-Live Support Plan:

- A detailed plan identifying support personnel

- Knowledge transfer and run books for ongoing support of applications

3. Integrated Environment Strategy:

- An approach and a plan to coordinate program wide environment readiness and integration , code deployments; release management; data migration functional, end-to-end, UAT, and performance testing across all workstreams/value streams and their corresponding systems
