Role Details

- Drive large scale digital implementation for Logistics and Distribution Planning projects by co-ordinating with multiple internal/external stakeholders and third party vendor partner for flawless execution of a portfolio of projects

- Take end to end ownership: understanding the business requirements, requirements gathering, process analysis, data analysis, project planning and tracking, discovering & communicating insights, driving adoption with business

- Help client in outlining innovative solutions and drive effective change management

- Proactively scan the business environment and keep a track of emerging trends, highlighting strategic insights that could impact businesses

- The selected candidate will be responsible for client delivery on one or more projects. This may include aspects such as project planning, delivery, making recommendations, getting client buy-in on delivery and ensuring closure of all work streams independently as per internal quality standards and within the agreed timelines

Key Skills

- Understanding of E2E supply chain and expertise in one or more of below competencies

- Logistics / Control Tower

- Distribution Planning

- Strong Project Management expertise

- Excellent delivery track record of digital implementation projects within tight timelines and budget

- Should have managed large end to end programs including project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management

- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner

- Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to senior leaders

- High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones

- Proficient in MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint is mandatory

- Expertise in SQL, any visualization tool, advanced data analytics are good to have

- Can-Do-Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments

- Result-oriented: Should be self-motivated to try new ideas and quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome

- Exposure to strategy development and implementation, process improvement, performance measurement, digital transformation

- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management and Scrum methodology

- Experience with CPG/Retail/Technology industries is preferred

- MBA/MS from top & Tier1 B-schools

- Exp - 7+ years
