The candidate will be advising leaders with multi-year transformational agendas, providing structure, planning and input to transformation strategy. Also, the candidate will be driving design and mobilization effort on strategic programs, adding speed, certainty and accuracy to the structure and the delivery of programme benefits.

The consultant will be aligned to a business domain and/or function. The purpose of the role is to manage and execute business efforts across a portfolio of consulting projects or play a key role in global priority programs.

Your key responsibilities :

- Performing effective analysis and gap assessment to the required level of granularity based on different stakeholder needs / views

- Analysing the current state, identifying the future state and then validating assumptions with stakeholders to align with business requirements

Innovation and Idea Management:

- Demonstrating confidence in putting forward new ideas, and testing new ideas with colleagues and peers

- Supporting requests to develop thought leadership and methodology collateral

- Identifying opportunities to bring new and efficient ways of working in the project

- Participating in activities to improve design thinking methodology

- Keeping abreast of industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the business solutions / engagements

Experience in the following areas a plus:

- Documentation of new product features, designs, Unique Selling Points (USPs)

- Design and delivery of marketing campaigns for new product launches

- Preparation of product go-live checklist

- Creating product launch collateral, training material, FAQs, SOPs, user guides

- Conducting product demos and live trainings

- Managing internal and external stakeholder communications and associated collaterals

- Tracking key product metrics post go-live like growth in user base, disbursals - these performance metrics should come out in the CV for major transformation projects conducted

- Immediately highlighting/escalating any off-track activities and bottlenecks slowing the success of delivery
