Senior Consultant (Senior)/AM - HR Transformation, People Advisory Services, Global Delivery Services - Bangalore / Gurgaon Overview: 3-8 years of experience in HR consulting domain with Master's degree in HR or full time MBA. Preferred work experience / exposure to HR transformation programs and working as part of a global distributed team. Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of HR transformation, HR process improvement and shared services advisory. Preferred to have experience in managing delivery of 1-2 individuals; providing advice and guidance on client projects in subject matter areas Key responsibilities: - Be part of the HR transformation practice at EY, working on global client projects. Support leadership in developing / growing the practice - Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain. Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts - Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas - Been involved in end to end HR transformation program - Exposure to HR transformation programs enabled by technology. Led or been part of a work stream in a large complex HR transformation program - HR operating model design and organisation design Design of role descriptions and role catalogue Design of RACI documentation Benchmarking and design of organisation structure - Shared services advisory Design of shared services model and organisation structure Design of shared services documentation - Work instructions, test scripts, SOPs Transition to shared services environment - Knowledge transfer, Training, Testing - End to end HR processes (hire to retire) HR process mapping and optimisation experience In depth knowledge of end to end HR processes (hire to retire) Expert in process documentation using ARIS, Visio and other tools - Strong awareness and experience in HR systems - HCM solutions and RPA Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud - Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies Working knowledge of Robotic process automation and its application in HR - Knowledge of Change management and enabling change as part of an HR transformation - Knowledge of Project management and development of a business case - Working knowledge and / or experience in HR analytics - Working knowledge and / or experience in Learning design and delivery - Working knowledge and / or experience in HR policy design Key job specifications: - Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment - Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive - Strong communication and presentation skills - Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity - High energy levels, be flexible, adaptable and be confident - Open to travel on global projects
