ROLE: Senior Associate OR Assistant Manager (Data &amp; Analytics) LOCATION : EY, TRIVANDRUM Primary Responsibilities : - Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Business Analytics, Project Management, Client Management and Team Management - Proficient in giving insights on the effects of new promotions, new product launch and seasonal variation in business.&nbsp; - Skilled in liaising with dissatisfied clients to determine the root cause for the problem and taking needed corrective measures to regain client confidence. - Analytical tools Experience - SAS / SQL / R / VBA, Tableau Power BI OR Cognos to create reports, meaningful insights, resolve business issues and in decision making.
