EY - Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Financial Accounting & Advisory Services - CA

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

CA qualified with 2+ years of experience

Knowledge of IFRS/US/UK GAAP. Strong IFRS background is required - some of the important areas are IFRS-1 (IFRS conversion/first time adoption); IFRS-9; IFRS-15; leasing; insurance etc.

Working experience in relation to the following services/solutions:

- GAAP conversions and implementation of IFRS

- Drafting and designing accounting policies

- Technical accounting research and advice (IFRS)

- Transaction accounting and reporting, consolidation and compilation support, financial statement close process support

- Advisory related experiences - various: policies and procedures; record to report; consolidations; ERPs; Finance best practices and benchmarking; finance transformation; shared services and business case development.

- Training content development - approach/methodology - familiarity with Firm's QRM and branding protocols

International work experience will have added advantage

- Prior Big-4 firms experience preferred

Technical skills requirements :

- Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and auditing standards is an advantage

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation Skills

- Project management skills

- Ability to spread positive work culture and live EY values

The ability to quickly form strong working relationship with colleagues in India and around the world.
