Job Responsibilities :
1) Relationship Manager directly managing a portfolio of Large Liability Clients
2) Sourcing NTB liability customers for the bank
3) Evaluate limited credit requirement for generating liability and manage the credit exposure during the life cycle of clients
Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables Job Responsibilities:
1. Origination of New To Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio of large Liability Group clients.
2. Evaluate limited credit requirement for generating liability and manage the credit exposure during the life cycle of clients.
3. Develop a large liability strategy for a particular city/region and execute it. Target top clients in the coverage geography and convert them.
4. Originate CMS/Trade Processing/FX/ Supply Chain Finance transactions from Cash Rich Corporate clients, mainly from Digital First Companies, local IT/ITES firms and MNC subsidiaries. Onboard these clients with a solutions-based approach, co-create unique solutions wherever required.
5. Build Liquid Asset OR limited Lending including writing credit assessment memo and monitoring
6. Build and manage relationships with clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximise revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximise share of wallet.
7. Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers, Credit Managers and the Implementation teams across all Banking products to achieve these objectives
Experience - 8+ years and above
Age criteria - till 38 years
