Quant Freshers (0-3 years Experience) - FSRM - EY Mumbai  Job Description:  - Working in teams with banks and FIs across the domain of credit risk quantitative consulting  - Analytical modelling and validation of credit models will be a core part of the role  - Strong presentation and documentation responsibilities considering client-facing discussions and meetings  Job Requirement:   - Strong quantitative skills : Should be very strong in mathematics, good understanding of stochastic calculus, binomial / trinomial tree building techniques, Monte Carlo simulation, finite difference / element methods for solving PDEs independently etc.  - Excellent communication skills are necessary, not limited to report-writing skills and proposal development, but also presentation skills  - Given the learning curve expected with the role, flexibility with working hours and diligence in self-learning and research are expected  Qualifications:   - Fresh engineer gradate from IIT (if the candidate has undertaken any specific quantitative courses, the same will be preferred)  - Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, econometrics, or a related discipline; an MBA or Master's in disciplines identified  - Quantitative training and strong problem solving as well computer skills (SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB preferred).
