Required Qualification :


Essential - Graduation Graduate - Bachelor's Degree

Certification Diploma in Sales and Marketing and/or project mgt

Desirable - Post-Graduate Masters in Sales and Marketing

Position Summary - Strategic pursuit/proposal communications and opportunity management

1.Actively participate in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, and conduct research required to create persuasive proposal responses (RFP/RFI)

2.Actively participate at all stages of proposal process and ensure adherence to firm guidelines and leverage best practices from global pursuit teams

3.Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations - developing value propositions and competitive differentiators

4.Lead storyboarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary

Client relationship and stakeholder management :

5.Lead project resource planning, and implementation of processes

6.Ability to work with leadership including partners (MSLs/SLLs) and foster discussion from client's perspective and needs of the RFP

7.Ability to brainstorm and challenge the engagement teams to ensure most successful outcomes as per the key client asks and devise winning strategies

8.Responsible for compliance with firm's independence policy and quality measures as it relates to proposals and business opportunities

People Management and working with teams:

9.Coordinate with the creative design members to ideate and create cutting-edge visually appealing responses and ideate to create digital layouts and outputs

10.Manage the team of pursuits strategists and pursuit designers - coach and mentor them and be responsible for their professional performance

Strategic Initiatives:

11.Work with various leaders to help in their GTM initiatives and support sales processes to participate in the bid process early

12.Work across firm's big bets and innovate in delivery outcomes

13.Support in building of various collaterals to initiate client conversations

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement - Essential - Business writing skills, strategy identification and project management

Desirable - Pursuit/Bid management and Team Management

Additional Skills - Sales/Pre-sales and Marketing back ground
