Project Manager - Public Financial Management - IFMIS/PFM

We are looking for Subject matter expert/Functional Expert with 10 plus year of experience for one of the assignment we are bidding. The person should have experience of working with Central/State government on Public financial management reforms such as accounting reform, development of Budgeting/Treasury rules, implementation of IFMIS. The other details are as follows:

Postgraduate in Finance /Public policy/PFM/Other relevant CA/CS/LLB

- 10+ Years of experience

- Experience of working on IFMIS projects at state and central level is required, state level experience would be preferred

- Study existing applications, functionalities

- Requirement gathering, prepare process maps, cross functional diagrams, FRS/SRS preparation

- Monitor module/application development activities

- Any person who is having required expertise and interested to work with us can send us the application for same

- Only person having prior experience of working with Central/State government project are desired.
