- PMP/Prince2/CSM certification (Atleast one is Mandatory) - Minimum 5+ years of enterprise IT project/program management experience - 5+ years with major size agile implementation experience (should have managed large end-to-end programs including project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc.) - Business facing communication is critical for this role. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Digital/technology transformation experience is a plus. - Excellent delivery track record in retail / analytics related projects - Excellent communication skills as he/she will be working with key business stakeholders and leadership teams - Experience with CPG/Retail/Technology industries is preferred - Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred
