Key responsibilities :
1. Work with SMEs to understand the processes and gather business requirements
2. Provide with gap analysis of current and future state, analyses data to facilitate informed decision making
3. Work with Tech Leads on system design principles, architect the system integration and workflows to streamline target operation processes
4. Take responsible for the understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design to implementation
5. Plan project milestones, resource, and budget with Tech Leads
6. Identify any project risk and impacts, provide recommendations to mitigate or manage, plan and execute UAT, migration and change management
7. Resolve any escalated issues with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the project deliverables to meet the objectives
Experience: - Total experience of 8+ years with at least 4 years' experience as project manager in large/complex transformations (5+ years in Insurance domain preferably)
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Experience in Agile/ Scrum
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tool or software
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysts Skills and Project Management Skills
- Banking or Insurance Industry Ideally PMP Certified
- Previous project management and/or business analysis experience in wealth management, banking or insurance
- In depth & well-rounded experience of working in a banking and Insurance environment and change projects.
- Excellent & Proven record of Stakeholder management experience
