Job Description (Consultant - EoDB) Requirement: - 3+ years of experience in Management consulting with experience in domain of Government Consulting, Business Advisory, Policy Consulting and Investment Promotion - Qualification: MBA/ CA/ ICWA/ LLB Job Description: - Experienced in Business climate reforms, Competitiveness reforms - Experienced in investment promotion, project facilitation and project management with the State Governments/ Central Government in India - Experience in implementation of "Ease of Doing Business" will be added advantage - Understanding of business climate in India, preferably having knowledge of processes required to setup business in India - Develop understanding of processes and document workflows to strategize improvement plan - Develop a comprehensive media amplification plan for dissemination of information regarding business reforms - Liaison with leading agencies to understand BRAP reforms their evaluations and the feedback exercise. - Train stakeholders and develop training material - Conduct trainings, meetings and stakeholder consultations - Demonstrate understanding of IT tools, functions and Controls - Skills: Project Management, Policy, Process Re-engineering, Data analysis and Knowledge Management, Strong team player, Stakeholder Consultation - Fixed Term Employment for 12 months to begin with - Proficient in English and Hindi
