EY - Process Consultant - Banking/Asset & Wealth Management/Capital Markets

We are looking for candidates that have experience in process re-engineering in BFSI domain.

About the role:

- Experience in implementing Process Improvement, transformation, Automation projects leading to measurable outcomes

- Led to measurable business growth, profitability, customer experience enhancement, competitive edge, and/or substantial improvement in process efficiency/effectiveness

- Used a mix of benefit levers like process re-engineering and automation

- Experience in applying Lean, six sigma tools

- Worked in Agile method of delivery

- Preferable to have experience of Intelligent Automation (e.g. RPA, BPM, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence)

- Candidates with Six sigma Green/ Black belt certifications are preferred

- Stakeholder engagement with an experience of presenting to senior leadership is advantageous
