Job Description -
- Be part of the Learning and Change practice at EY, working on global client projects. Support leadership in developing / growing the practice
- Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain. Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice
- Instructional design experience and development of learning content

Micro learning solutions
Mobile learning solutions
Class room trainings, instructor led trainings
- Experience in digital learning and technology enabled learning solutions
- Programming capability on various learning technologies
- Experience in developing complex technical designs
- Ability to architect learning technology
- Experience in innovative learning solutions to target using latest digital solutions, mobile solutions etc.
Gamifications, simulations
Design of animations, graphics, interactive dashboards
Design of learning nuggets
Complex visual designs
Exposure to AI, virtual reality based learning solutions
- Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud - Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies
- Knowledge of Change management and Project management techniques
- Working knowledge and / or experience in Analytics
