Job Description -
Key responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and grow HR transformation capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration
- Delivery: Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting
- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
Subject matter expertise in below areas
- Led / been involved in end to end HR transformation program (preferably including implementation)
- HR systems implementation knowledge - HCM solutions such as Fusion, SuccessFactors, Workday
- HR operating model design
- End to end HR processes (hire to retire) - design, optimisation and implementation
- Change management
- Project management
- HR analytics
- HR shared services stand up / ramp up
- HR policy design
- Practice development: Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice
