EY - Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for Monitoring & Evaluation expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide monitoring & evaluation expertise in Agriculture related projects for the state government.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.

- Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.

-Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.

- Monitor the sustainability of the project's results.

- Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- More than 7 years' experience in M&E, designing and implementation of M&E Framework for a Large Govt funded project is required.

- Should be good at managing convergence & grievance redressal mechanisms.

- Experience in agriculture projects is desirable.

- MBA/PGDM/MSc statistics or equivalent

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client).

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
