Role objectives : - Data Science expert will work on various analytics projects with different clients. - Understand the business/functional output needed - Model the business scenarios to solve client problems - Work on productizing learnings from each project to enrich analytics Solutions - Contribute to overall solution and team development Qualifications / Requirements : - Level - Manager - College Tier - Tier 1/2, preferably people with Mathematics/Statistics/Research background - Relevant Experience - 8- 12 years. - Experience in various statistical forecasting algorithms (ARIMA, UCM, Croston, Prophet, etc.) - Expertise level knowledge with AL/ML (Random forest, xgboost, Deep learning, Neural networks, etc.) - Hands on knowledge on Python, SQL, R, etc. - Big data handling using tools like Spark, Hadoop, etc. - Visualization using Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc. - Making business cases and having analytics experience across various domains and a history of providing effective business solutions - Experience in building a new team - Experience with People analytics is desirable
