Manager - Performance Improvement (Real Estate)

Your key responsibilities

- Performance Improvement Real Estate Manager would be responsible for business transformation and/or business improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other techniques. The person will probably lead a team of other Analysts and / or Consultants on engagements with clients to discuss and deliver EY's offerings and Point of Views.

- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.

- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.

To qualify for the role you must have

- BE. / Btech & MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background

- At least 5 -9 years of relevant post MBA experience of working in Lean Six Sigma MBB/BB trained (Black Belt certification - preferred)

- At least 7-8 years of recent Real Estate consulting experience

- At least 4 years in lean, six sigma, process excellence, business process mapping, continuous improvement, etc.
