EY - Manager - HR Business Consultant (10-14 yrs)

- The incumbent will be responsible for the Talent and HR Business partnership agenda for a business unit at GDN India and will be a key point of contact for leadership in these business units on strategic engagement related matters. He/She will support the business unit and will be responsible for driving & implementing the engagement agenda through his/her team. He/She will be responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver exceptional client service across the business units the larger Talent Team. 


- In addition to engagement, key responsibilities will include talent planning and forecasting, involvement in accelerating campus strategy and Senior Manager hiring along with TA team. This role will be part of Executive Leadership team of service line and it will be involved in mentoring Manager Layer.


Job Description :


- Complete responsibility for the HR Business partnership function of business units, working closely with business leadership and support leadership to design and implement the people agenda.


- Complete responsibility for designing and delivering a sustainable and scalable engagement framework for the business unit.


- Responsible for building, developing and managing a team delivering the engagement agenda


- Responsible for supporting the Talent strategy to yield business results through solutions, actions and efforts.


- Responsible for planning and managing the engagement budget across business units.


- Building ongoing relationship with business leaders and participate as required with management teams in supporting strategy, evaluating future business plans and determining people needs and priorities.


- Acting as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of engagement initiatives across 2 or more business units & organization-wide level


- Responsible for driving consistency and standardizing operations within the scope of the role across various processes


- Actively sourcing and sharing external best practices and knowledge of HR & business with HR colleagues and peers

Partners with key stakeholders to drive organizational culture


- Leads the HR team in the creation and implementation of progressive initiatives in all HR areas, including performance management and reward systems, and employee relations that align the people strategies with the business strategies and that contribute to a motivated workforce


- Partners with business on annual People leadership conferences, New horizon program execution and enhancing secondment experience


- Facilitating Global career opportunities discussions and career path designs, counselling sessions for our Manager/ senior managers


Job Specifications : 


- M.B.A. / P.G.D.M. from a tier 2 college.


- 10-14 years work experience in human resources, with extensive experience in employee engagement.


- Extensive understanding of Human Resources Strategic issues and challenges


- Highly developed Senior level management and leadership skills


- Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills and the ability to coach, consult, and work directly with senior managers to translate the needs of the business into HR strategies and actions.


- Ability to facilitate teamwork and staff development.


- Ability to conceptualize and implement Human Resources strategy and tactics


- Highly developed ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, both oral and written, with all levels of employees, management and Board


- Strong analytical and negotiation skills


- Demonstrates a strong knowledge of organization change / culture transformation process, and deal with changing situations


- Candidate with Stability in career from a reputed company.
