The opportunity: Manager - Human Resources - Learning & Development - Delhi

- The Firmwide Learning Manager will act as a change agent and role model in support of leading-edge learning, development and leadership practice. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to establish yourself as a key part of the team and experience working in our dynamic environment.

- You will work at Executive level to define and manage the Consulting technical learning curriculum portfolio, working with stakeholder to define content development projects as necessary to achieve the required outcomes for EY.

0 You will capture, assess and prioritize skills needs, provide advice and determine the most effective solutions to enhance performance. The role will manage relationships with business SMRs, Learning SPOCs as well as other learning teams across the firm.

Technical expertise:

Interfaces with internal clients on understanding and caters to their Learning requirements:

1. Owns the Behavioural Trainings end-to-end and manages the training calendars offered to service lines; drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal process stakeholders to make this possible

2. Owns, manages and delivers on learning-related projects as allocated

3. Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners

Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment:

1. Understands customer needs in a way that appropriate learning solutions can be suggested to the customer

2. Assists LD Leader in designing training modules as required

3. Delivers behavioral training sessions

People Responsibilities:

1. Leads and coaches the team in meeting the key priorities of the LD function while working to meet deliverables

2. Participates in goal setting, conduct performance appraisal

3. Works closely with counterparts from other locations/entities

4. Establishes networks and build a relationship with internal customers, stakeholders and team members within the organization
