- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning module. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules as well will be ideal.
- Support the configuration, development, testing and implementation of Talent systems to deliver functional and process efficiencies aligned to the Digital Talent Roadmaps for the functions in your portfolio.
- Experience in delivering functional digital solutions for business
- Experience in working on the configuration, development, testing and implementation of Artificial Intelligence/Automation platforms to achieve functional and process efficiencies
- Experience on supporting technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment
- Experience of having worked on digital solution enablement and delivery of digital design / architecture
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating with talent colleagues to understand needs/requirements and of shaping data governance processes & systems
- Experience of participating in global dispersed teams to enhance services, processes, and standards
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results
- Demonstrable experience of anticipating issues and challenges and proactively working to navigate challenges
- Experience of conducting internal and external research and analysis, providing best practices and insights to drive improvements
- Demonstrable experience of having worked in a collaborative environment or provide SMR advice to achieve successful change outcomes
