Risk Advisory Services - Mumbai- Compliance Risk &amp; Regulatory Services Background : E&amp;Y is setting up a team of legal professionals to review legislative/regulatory changes in the country and support the team providing Compliance Risk and Regulatory Services (CRRS). The team will :&nbsp; 1. Support existing compliance team in carrying out compliance audit assignments across industry verticals. 2. Help client identify their regulatory risks and implement compliance management framework by providing timely updates on legislative/regulatory changes in the country 3. Work on creating and delivering niche service offerings and technology solutions for clients to meet their secretarial, regulatory and other legal compliance needs. The initial core team will consist of 2-3 professionals and is expected to grow to a team size of 5 by the end of the year. Job Description : The incumbent (Core Team Members) will focus on: - Identification of laws/ compliance requirements which may be applicable to client both in India and Overseas jurisdiction - Reviewing amendments in regulations acts, notifications, circulars etc. issued by central and state governments and accordingly providing legal updates to clients. - Updating the existing compliance database and supporting the compliance team in carrying out the audit assignments - Demonstrated (hands on experience) subject matter knowledge in compliance, risk assessment and monitoring - Review and assist client in developing policies and procedures and ensuring periodic monitoring and assessment from a regulatory compliance perspective Assist in all compliance engagements Qualification : - LLB/LLM in Regulatory Compliances preferably from a National Law School - 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Legal Editorial work. Required : 1. Good communication skill 2. Good drafting/ report writing skill 3. Ability to understand and interpret laws 4. Willing to travel Preferred : Preferred working with compliance team of Big4 or in-house compliance function with industry
