EY - IT Project Manager/IT Program Manager - Finance Domain

Educational Qualification: MBA from tier 1 / tier 2 B-schools

Location -Bangalore

Level - Consultant/Senior Consultant

Skills Required:

1. 8 to 12 yrs. of experience in IT Project/Program Management with experience in handling IT/tech Projects in the Financial domain

2. Knowledge and experience of any of the financial domains like financial planning, budgetary functions, risk and return management, cash flow management, Account receivables financial governance, SAP-Finance etc.

3. Should have managed large end to end IT projects in the above-mentioned domain including project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc.

4. Strong experience in the Software Delivery lifecycle and understanding of technical Architecture. Able to understand and drive a technical architecture to be able to foresee the impact on dependencies, delivery timelines and implementation plans

5. Experience of collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to define annual budgetary requirements

6. Define and track performance against stakeholder and business KPIs. Managing Risks and Issues and influencing multiple dependent teams

7. Experience in Create and track a plan to deliver the programme goals, including the technical implementation plan, owning the release plan and stakeholder communication and weekly Governance

8. Have good knowledge of System, Software and Data engineering and implementations best practices to appreciate delivery challenges

9. Experience in leading medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity. Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred

10. Excellent presentation and communication skills

11. Experience working with global stakeholders and a good influencer

12. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

13. Business facing communication is critical for this role, excellent communication skills as she/he will be working with key business stakeholders

14. Certification- PMP/Prince2/CSM/PSM/CAPM certification (any one is mandatory)

15. Good to have tools- Azure Devops, JIRA, Plan view

16. Notice period- Early/immediate joiners are preferred
