EY - Industrial Infrastructure Expert

Roles and Responsibility :

- Closely working with the nodal department and assessing the existing industrial infrastructure present in the state

- Identifying priority infrastructure projects that should be taken for development to support industrial growth in the state

- Reviewing existing sector policy and providing recommendations to the department for supporting sustainable industrial growth in the state

- Preparing comprehensive sector profile document on Industrial Infrastructure in the State

- Connecting with key Industry players, arranging organizing Government to Business meetings for attracting investment in the relevant sector

- Identification of key infrastructure projects for investment

- Preparation of Detailed Project Report and experience of Diagnostic study

- Assisting government in infrastructure related work

- Conceptualization of development of an industrial park on PPP mode

- Knowledge content creation and management

- Infrastructure funding document preparation

- Liaise with and coordinate with development agencies on program loans and investment projects

- Ensure key technical, economic, financial, institutional and crosscutting issues are incorporated into projects

Requirement:

- B. Tech (Civil Engineering) with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure development projects.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Environmental Clearance, EIA report drafting, Implementation of NGT orders, Drafting of Environmental Policy, Rules, guidelines and Regulation.

- Should have worked with State Government/ Authorities/ Corporation.

- He/she should have worked on at least three sector specific industrial park projects with infrastructure development.
