EY GDS - Service Now Project Lead - Client Technology (15-20 yrs)
Client Technology : Service Now Project Lead
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
- Exceptional relevant experience in either an internal or external software or platform engineering role, or similar, with expert technical knowledge in assigned specialism
- Expert technical knowledge and experience in delivering software / platform engineering solutions (depending on specialism), providing broad and deep technical advice and managing user requirements and process and standards maintenance
- Significant people leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Expert in JavaScript development in ServiceNow components
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
- Experience with System / Process Automation (Orchestration)
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
- DevOps experience
- Experience with governance/service management / operations
- Experience managing remote teams
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
- Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification or related field preferred
- More than 15 years in a corporate IT environment
- Good experience in client-facing roles
- Experience of working with multi-location teams
- Delivery using modern methodologies especially SAFe Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.
