Senior- Advance Manager- Corporate Development Office


- EY's team, is looking for a talented and driven analyst who can partner with EYK Team leader to provide the end-to-end support in GDS growth journey. This involves acting as a strategic advisor providing a combination of research and analysis to identify actionable insights that power distinctive points of view and shape EY'S GDS strategies and decisions.

- Successful execution of the role will require the ability to combine strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with real-world perspective driven by an understanding of both the offshoring space and broader marketplace drivers. This individual will be credible as an expert and will help to ensure the quality and delivery of research, analysis, market intelligence and other intellectual capital. At the same time, this individual will be a coach to junior analysts, championing a strategic, commercial and agile approach to insight generation and excellent communications skills.

- The Manager will work closely with the GDS Markets Domain Knowledge Leader, Team leader and other Senior Domain Analysts / Knowledge Managers to support EY Leadership and other senior stakeholders, providing thought-provoking content to help EY differentiate itself in the marketplace and proactively helping to identify new business opportunities and risks.

Key aspects of this role include:

- A manager who supports CDO, which will enable EYK to play a more end to end role in GDS growth journey

- The individual will work on penetration analysis, location assessments, operating models, innovation/ automation approaches of GDS equivalents and provide recommendations for sustainable growth.

- Committed capacity of the Manager will be used 100% to develop POV's based on secondary and primary insights. The individual will be required to conduct new hire interviews to develop competitive intelligence reports, location assessments and evaluating offshoring set-ups.

- Engages with and challenges senior domain stakeholders to provide commercial and provocative perspectives on the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the domain and prepares insightful analysis on the impact of those trends for EY and its clients.

- Delivers a big-picture perspective and/or detailed analysis (as required) on the issues, challenges and opportunities relevant to specific initiatives and prepares insightful analysis on the impact of those trends for EY and its clients.

- Develops a credible internal brand to become recognized within EY as a subject matter expert to the business.

- Participate in client meetings, roundtables and other external events/conferences to strengthen EY's presence and reputation in the market.

- Collaborates with Knowledge colleagues to proactively alert stakeholders regarding changes among key clients and competitors and assesses the impact of those changes on internal strategies and plans.

- Acts as a role model within EY Knowledge and the domain, championing the use of EY Knowledge methodologies and positively influencing change by leading by example; championing knowledge-sharing behaviors; connecting people; encouraging enterprise-wide sharing; and appropriately leveraging and reusing existing collateral.

- Support coaching and mentoring for team members

- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI.
