EY - GDS Finance Project Manager

- GDS Finance operations is responsible to run & manage projects across various towers viz, Merger & Acquisition integration, Real Estate related projects, Process Improvements including automation, People Initiatives and Financial system deployment.

- These projects are managed through Project Integration office The project manager is expected to develop, manage and monitor various projects and drive these projects with respective project owners according to the timeline.

- He/She will report to GDS Finance Global operations leader.

Essential Functions of the Job :

- Accountable to the GDS Finance global operations leader and Project Integration office, GDS CFO for delivery of the projects under PIO

- Sets and owns the detailed project scope, plan, deliverables and milestones

- Monitors progress to ensure projects objectives are met on-time with highest quality

- Engage project stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve concerns

- Ensures integration with GDS Finance teams for the delivery of the projects

- Monitor and resolve escalated issues and risks

- Ensure the project has the right resources and ensure availability of resources as and when required

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

- 10+years of project management experience

- Ability to manage large complex and cross functional projects

- Ability to align GDS Finance strategies with project implementation in short notice without hampering timeline or deliverables

- Sets and owns the detailed project scope, plan, deliverables and milestones

Education :

- Bachelors/PG Degree

- PMI or Agile certification preferred
