Key accountable for this role:
Strategic
- Contribute to the definition of the strategy for the business unit. Serves as the key partner for the relevant business leader/stakeholders in determining strategy for the area of responsibility.
- Enables business decision capability by providing top quality decision support analysis from financial strategies point of view for key stakeholders
- Ensure Finance objectives are in line with organization/business
- Support and manage organization strategic/business improvement initiatives such as Acquisition, GDS cost reduction, Process improvements and innovations
Business Budgeting/Planning and Forecasting
- Translate strategy into budget/planning and propose measurable targets
- Oversees and manage the business budget and forecast process and reporting the results
- Evaluates financial implications of various strategic decision, builds scenarios and recommends actions.
Business Performance
- Deliver monthly Financial performance analysis report with insightful highlights and solutions to address the issues
- Monitors progress achieved and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identify issues, and advises management on actions
- Exhibiting cost leadership and drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization.

Education and experience requirements
- CA or equivalent, post-graduation not a must but desirable
- Approximately 14+ years of relevant experience within big four accounting firm or large multinational firms with at least 10 years of experience in a very senior management role.
- Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment and international stint would be preferred
- Structured and results driven leader with high ability to influence the organization
- Strategic orientation and good Change Management capability
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
