The Global Talent BMC team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with a strong background in employer brand management. They will be responsible for scaling the Employer Brand function across EYs talent strategy, recruitment marketing and corporate brand.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications -

As a senior member of the Global Talent BMC leadership team, you'll help position EY as a top employer, with the aim of attracting, engaging and retaining the best talent and creating exceptional experiences for them. You'll also partner with our Global Brand and Go-to-Market teams to build EYs reputation as a Talent powerhouse among clients and other external stakeholders.

Your day-to-day role will involve working with Talent and BMC leadership to define a multiyear strategy for building, amplifying and measuring our external employer brand, including our EVP. You'll design the brand experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruit to alumnus, supporting and enhancing key points of that experience.

As you familiarize yourself with EYs business and talent strategy, you'll partner with other members of the Talent BMC team (internal communications, PR, social media, etc) to work across functions and regions to activate the strategy. Strategy and activation go hand in hand with measurement, and in this role you'll own employer brand data analysis, reporting and recommendations, so that you can manage progress against EYs favored employer ambition metrics. You'll be a strong advocate, able to influence and engage key internal stakeholders by demonstrating the importance of employer brand and its potential for further differentiating EY in the minds of top talent and EY clients.

To qualify for the role you must have

- 10+ years of demonstrated success building/leading marketing teams and delivering value through driving exceptional brand experiences aligned to business outcomes

- Experience leading employer brand strategy, talent and/or recruitment marketing and employee advocacy

- A commitment to live our values and share EYs purpose of Building a better working world.

- Strong business acumen and an understanding of how brand strategy connects to and drives business results

- Extensive experience with digital platforms and HR Technology critical to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience

- Experience developing and executing brand campaigns across the full mix of marketing and communications channels

- An understanding of user personas and candidate/employee journeys

- Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level. This includes an understanding of the unique needs of the business and the implications for talent with the nuance by geography in the recruitment marketing, talent communications and employer branding ecosystem

- Experience working with external marketing and agency partners to support employer brand initiatives

- The ability to analyse the internal and external talent landscape and audience segments for trends and apply key insights and fresh brand and marketing practices to new and existing initiatives

- The ability to build senior level stakeholder relationships and provide strategic counsel on brand, marketing and communications best practices, including excellent written and oral communication skills

- The ability to secure, distribute and maximize brand and marketing resources aligned to priorities and goals, and/or secure the best work

- The ability to discern and articulate the right KPIs, and deliver against them

- Experience collecting, analysing and using marketing data to make decisions, formulate strategy and provide counsel

- The ability to work and maintain momentum in a complex, highly-matrixed environment and be a part of a virtual, global team.

Ideally, you'll also have

- Experience with Agile Methodology (welcome, but not required)
