Experience: Post qualification 3-7 years of experience in Big 4/leading consulting companies, M&A research background, doing secondary research, financial analysis, interacting with senior leaders across US-Europe, understanding of popular technologies and trends, ability to classify companies in Tech, Media and Telecom space

1 AM1 For AMM:

- Experience: Post qualification 3-7 years of experience in Big 4/leading consulting companies, M&A research background, doing secondary research, financial analysis, interacting with senior leaders across US-Europe, understanding of Industrials and Manufacturing (Auto, Aerospace & Defence, chemicals)

1 AM1 For Consumer :

- Experience: Post qualification 3-7 years of experience in Big 4/leading consulting companies, M&A research background, doing secondary research, financial analysis, interacting with senior leaders across US-Europe, understanding of Consumer and Retail sector

1 AM1 For Life Science :

- Experience: Post qualification 3-7 years of experience in Big 4/leading consulting companies, M&A research background, doing secondary research, financial analysis, interacting with senior leaders across US-Europe, understanding of Life Science and Healthcare sector. Understanding of therapeutic areas and Boitech, Medtech and big pharma space.

1 AM1 for Energy:

- Experience: Post qualification 3-7 years of experience in Big 4/leading consulting companies, M&A research background, doing secondary research, financial analysis, interacting with senior leaders across US-Europe, understanding of popular energy trends, ability to classify companies in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Infrastructure related to Energy sectors

1 AM1 for FS:

- The candidate should have 3 or more years of experience in the financial services preferably in the insurance domain having strong analytical & writing skills. Should have prior experience of drafting presentations on strategic papers, sector point of views, M&A proposals etc.

- Prior experience of handling big global insurance/ banking clients would be preferred

General skills At AM1:

- Mandatory skills: Expert in PowerPoint and communication, ability to write research reports, analysis of companies, industries and financials, ability to apply research frameworks like BC matrix, GE matrix, proficient in using third party research reports and databases like Capital IQ and Mergermarket, ability to do competitive analysis

- Good-To-have: Data analysis in PowerBI/Tableau, Advanced data science/analytical skills/programming, on-shore experience
