Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External

Your key responsibilities :

- As a part of a team, you will act as General Auditor - Assistant Manager in order to provide consistent, high quality services to key stakeholders.

- Acts as a team member and provides extended support to the Team Leader in planning and execution of the audit (including taking complete ownership of some audit activities). Capable of stepping up as the Team Leader especially for small/ less complex audits. Capable of working independently on audits with minimum to no supervision.

- Identify and draft audit observations for the TL and AL review. Validates observations with the management.

- Report delays, anticipated budget overruns or challenges to the TL in advance.

- Coaches and guides less experienced team members with their areas and assists the Team Leader in reviewing their workpapers

- Demonstrates an ability to foster teamwork and innovation amongst a diverse and virtual team.

- Has a strong background in project coordination and engagement execution

- Proactive in pursuit of knowledge, audit experience and competency development; reaches out to leaders for specific growth opportunities and experiences.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External

Skills and attributes for success:

- Atleast 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit in a consulting environment, preferably with a Big4 firm or reputed multi-national organization.

- Working on internal audits and deliver on the tasks/ areas assigned.

- Ability to foster teamwork and innovation amongst a diverse and sometimes virtual team

- Professional certification (CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is preferred but not critical

- Ability to travel
