EY's Capital Analytics Group (presently the key engagement for the team) is the center of excellence for modelling services in the firm with an international reputation. The assignments cover a wide range of countries and industry sectors.  The Capital Analytics team serves as the thought leadership and tool engine with a team of digital professionals to support new analytics tool development, process re-engineering and automation, financial analytics and user focused visualization.  Role  The main objective of the role is to oversee engagements pertaining to analytics, develop and lead a team with the skills required to support engagements and achieve business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key decision-makers and constituencies. The successful candidate will be required to provide hands-on guidance to the team as the engagements are of a high complexity level and require highly analytical solutions.  Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  - Oversee multiple engagements taking a leading role in understanding clients- needs, ensuring the accuracy of the analyses and communicating results  - Translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive framework through appropriate usage of advanced techniques and responsible for successful delivery of the analyses/deliverable  - Help incubate new analytic products by executing Pilot, Proof of Concept projects to establish capabilities and credibility with users and clients. This may entail working either as an independent SME or as part of a larger team  - Responsible for all stages of BI project work - requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing and deployment candidate must have a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and in-depth experience with tools such as Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, and TIBCO Spotfire.  - Incumbent will be required to supervise development of BI solutions that interface with external components such as Microsoft SharePoint SQL Server databases  - Accountable to disseminate understanding of relational database concepts and ability to write moderately complex SQL, particularly Microsoft SQL Server to team at large  Education & Experience:  - BE / Btech & a PG course in finance or operations.  - Must come from relevant work experience of 11 to 15 years in a big 4 or consulting set up
