Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations. - Strong proficiency in managing end-to-end financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical financial information to non-financial government stakeholders and senior leadership. - Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools, with a focus on building robust MIS dashboards. - A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA is preferred, combined with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client engagements with collaborative team sessions in the Delhi NCR region.
