EY India is looking for CA Finance Expert with experience of working on National and State Governments, ministries, and department/ international agencies/ PSUs

About Project:

We are working on an (ADB- GoAP -DEA) project with the GoAP as PMU. VCICDP to provide a world-class manufacturing platform backed by multi-modal connectivity.

- Its aim is to emerge as the manufacturing hub of the country and integrate with the global production networks of East and Southeast Asian nations.

- It is the first coastal industrial corridor of the country and already has functional ports which can act as international gateways. Industrial Infrastructure, along with, transmission, road and water availability is being augmented.

EY scope includes supporting the government on Policy Reforms Head.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Establish the project financial management system as per expectation of client and ADB.

- Prepare financial management guidelines and operating instructions, prepare financial and accounts manuals, disbursement claims and other related financial documentation;

- Conduct on-the-job training of Department of Industry staff; and

- Undertake financial viability analysis for the subsequent tranches.

- Undertake financial and economic analysis of subproject components proposed for implementation.

Mandatory Requirement:

- C.A with experience in multilateral funded infrastructure projects,+Additional degree of CS/MBA/ICWA/CMA will be an added advantage.

- 15+ years of working experience, including 5 Yrs. in multilateral funded infrastructure project large externally aided projects.
