EY - Director/Senior Manager - Service Transformation - BPM (16-25 yrs)
- BCA/MCA/B. Tech and MBA fromTier-1 MBA College in India or Abroad
- Minimum experience of 16-18 years depending upon designation Director or Senior Manager
- Thorough with the Business Process.
- PR experience will be an added Qualification. Must have expertise for each component and feature provided by Suppliers
- Must be aware of a rapidly growing yet well-established business, recognized with the BPM market leader practices
- Should have experience of interacting with reference-able clients that include the world's most innovative organizations
- Must have served as an Analyst acclaimed technology leadership in a host of industries and massive emerging markets
- Creates a fast-paced, energizing, collaborative and rewarding environment"
- Experience in Architecting and Analysis and Development on Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Hands-on experience on business process development & Integrations
- Responsible for leading the delivery teams from end-to-end delivery standpoint
- Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis
- Experience in Pre-sales, Architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds
- Lead/participate in development of POCs, prototypes, presentations to customers
- Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects
- Involved in inception/ strengthening of BPM practice
- Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts
