Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Lead solution design, technology assessment, build and delivery of enterprise automation solutions aligned to the strategy established by the enterprise BPM and Intelligent Automation COE using process excellence, Robotic Process Automation, BPM and AI solutions. - Provide design and architecture leadership to project teams so as to deliver enterprise scale solutions leveraging best in class AI, Automation and integration capabilities. - Lead innovation by conceiving foundational capabilities that will deliver TCO and speed to market reduction. Lead the solutions strategy resulting finally into a viable product and value demonstration. - Engage with Client partners in understanding business roadmaps, identifying technology projects and building program blueprints. - Drive intelligent automation enablement workshops for CIO partners to ensure adoption of platform standards and best practices across the enterprise. - Manage project risk, reporting, governance and escalations in a proactive manner. - Manage project financials and ensure projects are delivered as per scope, budget, schedule, quality and benefits. - Be aware of current and future market and technology developments inside and outside of the Intelligent Automation space through offerings, white papers, blogs, upskilling and learning opportunities. Required Skills : - Proven experience of delivering enterprise automation solutions involving AI/ML, NLP, Vision, Chatbots &amp; RPA solutions for mid to large enterprises by leveraging industry leading platforms. Must have led key automation initiatives that required complex solution design, enterprise scale and change management. - Deep Understanding of automation and emerging technology solutions including BPM, Robotics Process Automation &amp; Cognitive automation (AI/ML, NLP, Vision, Chatbots) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing : a. AI/ML solutions with Python and other tools b. RPA / Cognitive automation platforms like Blueprism, and Workfusion ( or other similar industry leading technologies) c. NLP, Vision &amp; Chatbot technologies - Good knowledge of automation spanning across structured and unstructured data by leveraging machine learning concepts. - Good understanding of Content automation / OCR technologies and the interplay between process and content automation frameworks.
