- Corporate HR with strong reporting / data analytical skills, the details for which are as follows: Experience: 6-9 years from Industry (preferably MNC) or any of the Big Four in Business HR &amp; Employee Engagement. Qualification: Post Graduate in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 Business School. Role &amp; Requirement: - The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics &amp; overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core Service Line functions. - Should be fundamentally strong in all functions &amp; concepts of HR including labour law and compliances. - Providing insight on People issues within the business, providing a robust point of view on business decisions and their impact upon people. - Working with the leadership/ business to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of service line strategy. - Challenging and influencing the business to ensure the most appropriate course of action across the talent agenda. - Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the SL. - Work back with MSL Leadership and support HR lead on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement &amp; other key HR initiatives. - Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for SL.
