- End to end ownership for driving and implementing firm's Performance Management process (based on quarterly feedback approach)

- Framework and guideline formulation for Annual performance review process

- Design and implementation of Talent development interventions around Counselor Excellence, embedding feedback in organizational DNA

Compensation Benchmarking :

- Compensation benchmarking including vendor co-ordination, job matching, result analysis and recommending adjustments. Data gathering from primary sources, etc.

- Variable pay program and Increment framework design including budgeting, range determination, etc

Other aspects :

- Various people related MIS reports/ Dashboards such as attrition, people updates, etc

- Designing, formulating and implementing HR policies and practices

- Driving key HR metrics across the organisation
