Job Role :

- Playing a key role during periods of accelerated growth and transformation & enhancing business performance/profitability, through the acceleration of transformation and implementation of new operating models.

- To lead and manage all the support and operational processes for the region that drive down the cost of delivery, taking actions by executing the planning, resourcing, and cost management of the new operating model.

- He/she will allow the Regional Lead and the Partner group to focus on growing the business, rather than operating it.
