Experienced project manager in SC - Logistics / Control Tower and Transportation Management Systems
KEY SKILLS :
- Help client in outlining innovative solutions and drive change
- Exposure to strategy development and implementation, process improvement, performance measurement, digital transformation in logistics / control tower setup
- Ability to analyse and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner
- Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to senior leaders
- Can-Do-Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments
- Result-oriented: Should be self-motivated to try new ideas and quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome
- Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding the business expectation, deciding the approach, doing exploratory data analysis, discovering & communicating insights, drive adoption with business
- Proactively scan the business environment and keep a track of emerging trends, highlighting strategic insights that could impact businesses
- High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills across academic and professional experience
- Preferably a Masters grad (MBA/MS)
