Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating global process related to order fulfillment and integration with other processes
- Map the AS-IS process, identify gaps and align on the TO-BE process across different regions and markets
- Carry out gap-fit assessment while deploying global tool/processes in a market to identify key differences and solution how to fill those gap by working with IT platform teams and change management teams
- Design develop and explain stock allocation processes for O2C to business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Align standards and procedures of process with other Process Managers
- Own and ensure process documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials, are accurately maintained and readily available to the business
-Relationships with key business stakeholders thereby ensuring high levels of buy in and confidence in the new global finance solution.
- Work with markets to derive value benefits
- Advise markets on following best practices in order fulfillment area
Skills Required:
- Experience in either a O2C Process Lead or Process Owner
- Process knowledge of Order to Cash with special focus on order fulfilment (Stock allocation, material substitution, Quota, reservations and location substitution)
- Strong communication skills
- Driver within global ERP implementations
- Record of designing and implementing process improvement within a large matrix-based organization
- Experience of operating within a shared service environment
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and high levels of energy and drive - especially in the face of resistance or setbacks
- Knowledge of SD module in SAP is a plus
- Working knowledge of GATP/AATP preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
