EY - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Pricing Analytics - SME - CPG/Retail Sector (7-15 yrs)
- 7+ years of experience in business analytics or analytics consulting particularly in leading development and deployment of scenario-based models, price elasticity analysis, dynamic pricing models, Price Benchmarking, Price Opportunities & Risk assessment
- At least 3 years of project management experience and have managed a team of 5+ members.
- Participate in formulating analytics delivery plan. Develop and communicate strategic and operational goals and plan for the team.
- Interact regularly with Market leadership to set and manage expectations, delivering the solutions in multiple global locations
- Having commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to grow business for EY at client site
- E2E experience/knowledge of optimization modelling, developing analytics frameworks in the areas of pricing
- Strong track record of working with senior business leadership (VPs+) to drive definition, alignment, and support for application of analytics and data to address complex business issues
- Lead market engagement, leads requirements gathering, translate business requirements into analytics requirements and developing working prototypes of analytics solutions that can be added as a module
- Good educational background - MS Data Science /MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes preferred
- Experience with a CPG/FMCG industry preferred
