Department: Performance Improvement (Business Advisory) - Finance Position : Consultant / Senior Consultant Location : Mumbai / Bengaluru CTC : Approx. 9 to 15 lacs Performance Improvement - Finance is a practice focused on delivering technology based CFO solutions. The projects involves transformation of the clients' Finance and Accounting function, leveraging technology, people and process as the drivers for the transformation. We enable companies through technology and process transformation to: - optimize financial business planning and enterprise performance management processes - move towards continuous accounting approach by optimizing financial statement close, consolidation and reporting processes, financial supply chain management processes etc. - comply with the new IFRS from an accounting and technology perspective Job Objective - Understand client requirements and finance processes, design and implement solutions including finance technology products, where required - Deliver projects independently or under minimal supervision of a manager - Manage internal and external stakeholders - Support knowledge sharing efforts and train the team on new tools and technology - Support business development activities like pitch meetings, roadshows and proposal documents - Assist in managing and developing technology partner alliances Required Skills &amp; Personal Attributes - Excellent problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills - Process oriented and high level of comfort with usage as well as customization of technology tools - Self-driven, learn new technology products and willing to work in a fast-growing set-up - Ability to work on client-facing engagements at CXO as well as lower levels - Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills - Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work with teams in a time-line driven environment - Proficient in MS Office Suite esp. Excel and PowerPoint Relevant experience - Consulting / process improvements in financial planning &amp; analysis, financial statement close process and other finance processes - Part of CFO's office involved in problem solving, business partnering and process improvement roles - Articleship experience in Statutory Audit in Big4 CA firms - Knowledge of finance technologies like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Blackline etc. Qualification : CA / ACCA - 0 to 5 years of relevant experience post qualification (Big 4 articleship experience is preferred) Please mention your Current and Expected CTC in the cover letter section or resume.
