EY - Consultant/Senior Consultant - O2C Order Fulfilment (3-7 yrs)

Key Skills : 

1. Core O2C process knowledge with special focus on order fulfilment (stock allocation, material substitution, quota, reservations and location substitution)

2. Should have worked on GATP / AATP

3. Knowledge of SD module in SAP is a plus

4. Responsible for rolling out AATP

5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

6. Diligence in documentation

7. Can-Do-Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments

8. Result-oriented: Should be self-motivated to try new ideas and quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome

9. Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding the business expectation, deciding the approach, doing exploratory data analysis, discovering & communicating insights, drive adoption with business

10. Proactively scan the business environment and keep a track of emerging trends, highlighting strategic insights that could impact businesses

11. High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones

Role Details : 

1. Responsible for creating global process related to order fulfilment and integration with other processes

2. Carry out gap-fit assessment while deploying global tool/processes to identify key differences and solution how to fill those gaps

3. Guide on industry best practices in order fulfilment area

4. Candidate will be responsible for client delivery on one or more projects. This may include aspects such as project planning, delivery, making recommendations, getting client buy-in on delivery and ensuring closure of all work streams independently as per internal quality standards and within the agreed timelines
