EY - Consultant/Senior Consultant - IT Program Management (3-11 yrs)
1. Academic Credential- MBA mandatory. Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Academic institutions preferred
2. Experience-
a) Min. of 3 years of experience in managing large end to end IT programs (portfolio of projects) including program planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc.
b) Strong experience in Change Management of large digital transformation projects/programs across enterprise functions
c) Experience of delivering complex programs with multiple business risks that will impact the success of key business priorities. Experience of creating & tracking a plan to deliver the program goals focusing on unlocking business value.
d) Experience of managing dependencies across platform and technology teams to deliver transparency and visibility for key outcomes. Able to foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process as applicable, facilitate discussions and manage escalations
e) Preferred functions- Supply Planning, Demand planning, Logistics/Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, etc.
f) Experience with CPG/Retail/Technology/Pharma/Ecommerce industries only
g) Experience leading portfolio of projects in global delivery teams is strongly preferred
h) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
3. Skills-
a) Complex stakeholder management, positive and flexible attitude
b) Business facing communication is critical for this role, excellent communication skills as she/he will be working with senior business stakeholders (Director/VP) and leadership teams
4. Certification- PMP/Prince2/CSM/CAPM/PSM certification (preferred)
5. Notice Period- Early/Immediate joiners are preferred
